Position: HVAC / Plant Operator

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor HVAC systems installed at the plant.
- Operate and monitor AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and other HVAC-related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain required temperature, relative humidity (RH) and differential pressure parameters.
- Perform routine inspection and record operating parameters in logbooks/checklists.
- Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems as per defined SOPs.
- Identify abnormalities and carry out basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and major repairs.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities as assigned.
- Maintain proper documentation of equipment operation, maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety and departmental procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance.
- Experience in handling AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower and industrial HVAC systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing plants.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Candidates from nearby locations or willing to work in Derabassi will be preferred.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
