Marketing Talk is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses improve their online presence, generate leads, and grow through digital marketing solutions.
We work with clients across multiple industries and are expanding our outreach to international markets including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other regions.
We are looking for motivated and ambitious interns who want to build a career in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Research potential clients and businesses across different industries.
- Build and maintain lead databases using online research tools.
- Identify business owners and decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication records.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Update CRM and lead tracking sheets.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
Training & Internship Structure
- Internship Duration: 45 Days
- First 3 Days: Complete training on lead generation, prospect research, outreach strategies, CRM management, and international client acquisition.
- Remaining Internship Period: Work on live outreach campaigns and real business development activities.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet research skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Performance Incentives
During the 45-day internship period, interns will be eligible for performance-based commissions on successfully converted clients.
For every client acquired through your efforts, you may earn up to 20% commission based on the project value and service package.
There is no limit on commission earnings.
High-performing interns can earn attractive incentives while gaining real-world sales and business development experience.

Full-Time Opportunity
Successful interns may be offered a permanent position with Marketing Talk after completing the internship.
Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Based on Performance)
