Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive specializing in Client Servicing, you will be the bridge between our clients and the creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for understanding client briefs, scouting the perfect influencers, managing end-to-end execution, and maintaining seamless daily communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Account Management
- Daily Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily operational queries and maintaining strong, transparent relationships.
- Brief Understanding: Comprehend client marketing objectives and translate them into actionable influencer strategies.
- Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive campaign performance reports, analyzing key metrics (ROI, engagement, reach) for clients.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Influencer Scouting: Identify, vet, and onboard the right set of influencers (nano, micro, and macro) tailored to specific brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Negotiation & Legalities: Handle commercial negotiations with influencers or their agencies, ensuring alignment with client budgets and securing proper contracts/deliverables.
- Timeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring content hooks, drafts, approvals, and live links go live exactly on schedule.
3. Content & Quality Control
- Vetting Deliverables: Review influencer content drafts to ensure they perfectly align with the brand's tone, guidelines, and compliance requirements before sending them to the client.
- Trend Tracking: Keep a pulse on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and industry best practices to proactively suggest creative ideas to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, client servicing, or account management within a digital media or ad agency.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other emerging social media platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you will be pitching ideas to clients and negotiating with creators daily.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Kolsquare, HypeAuditor, Modash) and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to stay calm and structured under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
