Position: Destination Manager – Europe

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Europe destination vertical for overseas education counselling and student recruitment.
- Provide expert guidance to students regarding European universities, courses, admissions, scholarships, visa processes, and career opportunities.
- Possess strong knowledge of universities and programs across countries such as Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Malta, and other European destinations.
- Support counsellors and students in university shortlisting, application processing, SOP guidance, offer follow-ups, and admission closures.
- Maintain updated knowledge of university requirements, intakes, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and international partners.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, student counselling sessions, and promotional activities for Europe admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets and ensure high conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with visa and documentation teams for smooth student processing.
- Train and mentor counselling teams on Europe destination updates and admission procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the overseas education industry.
- Strong expertise in Europe student recruitment and admissions.
- Excellent knowledge of universities, programs, admission procedures, and visa regulations for European countries.
- Strong communication, counselling, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Target-oriented with strong conversion and relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiners based in Hyderabad will be preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
