Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction and interior fit-out projects from planning to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, scheduling, quality control, cost management, manpower coordination, client communication, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and interior finishing works.
- Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and project expenses.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Manage project documentation, BOQs, work orders, and contracts.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction, interiors, commercial fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQ, billing, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial offices, retail stores, modular furniture, hospitality, or turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of vendor management, procurement, and project costing.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
