Job Responsibilities
- Develop new distributors, retailers, and dealers.
- Visit retail outlets and generate sales orders.
- Promote LAA Organics products in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with the office for order processing and deliveries.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing.
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of the Guwahati market will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
