Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Pre-Primary Teacher who possesses outstanding communication skills, a warm and engaging personality, and a deep passion for early childhood education.
This role demands patience, creativity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to shaping young learners during their most important developmental years.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
- Foster children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, play, and hands-on activities.
- Observe each child's progress and maintain accurate developmental records.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
- Promote positive behaviour using empathy, consistency, and encouragement.
- Ensure the classroom remains organized, welcoming, and conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to continually enhance the learning experience.
- Uphold the values, vision, and educational philosophy of School of Life.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Clear pronunciation, confident communication, and the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- A bachelor's degree and relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, NTT, D.El.Ed., or an equivalent teaching certification.
- Prior experience in pre-primary or early childhood education (preferred).
- A cheerful, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and activity-based learning.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a growth mindset.
