Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, executive priorities, and key business initiatives while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to ensure effective use of the CEO's time.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and other executive documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action items.
Strategic Coordination
- Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up with internal stakeholders on deliverables.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, board meetings, leadership meetings, and investor presentations.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of key action items.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build professional relationships with clients, partners, senior leaders, and board members.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership forums, and corporate events.
Communication Management
- Draft and edit business correspondence, presentations, and executive communications.
- Ensure effective communication flow between the CEO and the leadership team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive discussions.
Administrative Management
- Manage travel itineraries, expense reports, and executive budgets.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Handle special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the CEO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience managing complex calendars and executive travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience working with Board of Directors and senior leadership teams.
- Exposure to project management and business operations.
- Experience in a high-growth, dynamic corporate environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
