We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused True Value Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales of pre-owned vehicles, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell pre-owned vehicles through the True Value channel.
* Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital platforms.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives for prospective customers.
* Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
* Maintain customer databases and update sales records.
* Coordinate with the valuation, finance, and documentation teams for smooth vehicle transactions.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after sales.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the dealership.
Requirements:
* Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant sales experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for sales and customer service.
* Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
* Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
