As a Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure), you will play a pivotal role in leading regional project management across APAC. You will oversee a team of project managers, ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure projects, alignment with corporate objectives, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Project Leadership

Develop and implement strategies to optimise project delivery across regions.

Project Oversight

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and proactively address roadblocks.

Establish and maintain standards for project management excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Act as the escalation point for critical project issues.

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and regional stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency

Analyse and optimise project workflows and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Experience

You have at least 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management.

You hold valid PMP certification.

You have experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).

You are proficient with project management tools and ERP systems.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
