Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Operation to support our General Trade (GT) business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with distributors, managing sales data, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. The role involves working closely with senior management and key distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with distributors and manage GT sales operations.
* Handle B2B sales coordination and order tracking.
* Maintain and analyze sales data using Excel.
* Prepare reports, MIS, and sales performance trackers.
* Support communication between distributors and internal teams.
* Assist in payment follow-ups and account coordination.
* Work directly with management on sales planning and execution.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Experience in B2B sales support or sales coordination.
* Ability to manage distributor relationships.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience in General Trade (GT) sales operations.
* Exposure to working with large distributors and handling sales coordination activities.
Company: First Priority (Approx. ₹50 Crore annual business turnover).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
