- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management processes to enhance system performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request processes.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
