Looking for an efficient dental assistant and receptionist for our new dental clinic:- SPOTLIGHT DENTAL on Road. No. 12 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Schedule patient appointments and maintain the dentist's calendar.
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling requests.
· Verify patient information and insurance coverage, updating records as necessary.
· Collect and process payments for services rendered, including co-pays and deductibles.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
· Coordinate with dental assistants and consultant dentists to ensure smooth patient flow.
· Assist with filing and organizing the patient records.
· Proficiency in Telugu, English & Hindi required
Job Type: Part-time:- Evening shift from 3pm to 9pm (6hrs.), 6 days a week (Wednesday weekly off)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month (Depending on the experience)

- Any graduate and fresher willing to learn and work can apply for this position.
- Preference would be given to the candidate staying nearby.
