The Job:
The HR COO function is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's human resources operations, the HR COO function plays a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and support its growth trajectory. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic team member to join our HR Chief Operating Officer (COO) function.
Job Purpose:
The Analyst/Associate, HR – COO will work closely with the Country Head, HR COO and other members of the HR leadership team to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing our HR operations. This role will contribute to various aspects of HR including Employee Experience, Employee Communications, HR Branding & External Communications, DEI, and HR analytics, with a focus on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop campaigns intended for both internal and external stakeholders to enhance DBS’ employee value proposition
- Work with other teams to develop an integrated plan in driving adoption of various Analytical AI/ML models
- Support Head HR COO on GenAI Projects Taskforce
- Successfully monitor the existing and the new HR Analytical tools to enhance the usage and enable teams to maximize the outcomes
- Scorecard Management & HR Process Review
- Support HR COO to drive central projects and employee journeys
Drive various Initiatives under PMO Agenda

Job Duties & responsibilities
- Closely work with the HR COO team in aligning the HR analytics practices as well as management of reporting dashboard
- Provide support to HR COO in managing the HR scorecard and functional reviews
- Create advanced reports and dashboards to facilitate faster decision making
- Display strong storytelling and articulation skills to convert analytical output into clear, concise and persuasive insights, Content Writing
- Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure execution of organisational deliverables in tandem with HR Stakeholders

Required Experience
Graduate/MBA Qualification in HR with min. 4 years of relevant experience
