Your role at a glance:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Associate – BD & Sales to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate prospects. This is a field-based, client-facing role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in presentations, and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate should be highly presentable, target-oriented, and passionate about consultative sales, with the ability to represent the Ofis Square brand professionally in every client interaction.
Responsibilities you would handle:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct client meetings to understand workspace requirements and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Coordinate and lead site visits while recommending workspace solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, IPCs, and commercial real estate consultants.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms, address client objections, and successfully close business opportunities.
- Represent Ofis Square professionally in client meetings, networking events, and business interactions while upholding the brand image.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Ofis Square's products and confidently pitch workspace solutions to prospective clients.
- Thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Commercial Leasing, Real Estate, Coworking, or Workspace Solutions.
- Prior experience in B2B field sales and client acquisition is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial office spaces, coworking solutions, or managed office offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly presentable, confident, and customer-centric personality.
- Comfortable with frequent client meetings, field visits, and local travel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

- Working Days: 6 Days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)
- Shift Time: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (Total 9 Hours Mandatory)
