Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking and Server Administration.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux Servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall and VPN.
- Good understanding of IT security, system protection, antivirus, backup and disaster recovery.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration and user support.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and software licensing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with ERP vendors, IT service providers and internal departments.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate preferably BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Tech / BE (IT),
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, server administration and ERP implementation/support.
- Experience in a manufacturing/garment/export organization will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, networking equipment, printers, Wi-Fi, switches and other IT assets.
- Administer and monitor servers, storage systems, backups and related infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure IT systems protection, including antivirus, firewall, access controls, data security and regular security monitoring.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights and IT security policies across the organization.
- Monitor network and server performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system-related issues.
- Plan and execute data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Support the implementation, configuration and integration of ERP systems across departments such as Production, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Accounts and HR.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors/implementation partners for customization, troubleshooting, upgrades and user support.
- Understand business processes and work with various departments to improve IT systems and ERP usage.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, systems, licenses, configurations, SOPs and security procedures.
- Ensure timely installation, updates, patching and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and conduct basic IT awareness/training when required.
- Monitor IT vendors, AMC/service providers and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Assist management in identifying opportunities for IT automation, process improvement and digital transformation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
