Customer Support Executive – US Telecom Process (Voice/Chat/Blended)
Location: Pune – Hinjewadi Phase 3 (Work from Office)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Telecom Process. The role involves handling customer calls and chats, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and chats professionally.
- Resolve billing, technical, account, and product/service-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work rotational/night shifts.
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
Salary (CTC):
- 6–11 Months Experience: ₹3.97 LPA
- 12–17 Months Experience: ₹4.5 LPA
- 18+ Months Experience: ₹5 LPA
Up to 30% hike for relevant experience as per company policy.
