Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining customer relationships over phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel records.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate, BBA, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent
- Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English communication is an added advantage)
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Positive attitude and convincing ability
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
