Role Overview
We are looking for a highly practical and client-facing Zoho Books Implementation Expert who can independently manage end-to-end implementation projects for clients across industries.
The ideal candidate should understand:
- Accounting workflows
- Business operations
- Automation logic
- Client communication
- Zoho ecosystem integrations
This is not a “data entry accountant” role.
This is a “build finance systems that actually work” role.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Books Implementation
- Configure and implement Zoho Books for clients
- Create and optimize:
- Chart of Accounts
- GST/TDS setups
- Invoice workflows
- Approval systems
- Vendor & customer modules
- Banking workflows
- MIS structures
- Handle migration from:
- Tally
- Excel
- Busy
- Other accounting platforms
Automation & Integrations
- Implement workflow automations inside Zoho ecosystem
- Integrate with:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Expense
- Zoho Inventory
- Payment gateways
- Banking systems
- Third-party tools
- Coordinate with developers for custom API integrations when required
Client Consulting
- Understand client business operations
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions
- Suggest best-practice workflows
- Train client teams post implementation
- Provide implementation documentation and SOPs
Support & Optimization
- Troubleshoot operational issues
- Improve accounting workflows
- Recommend automation opportunities
- Assist in process standardization across industries

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred
