§ Job Summary:
§ This role is responsible for ensuring complete financial accuracy and control across collections, refunds, and reporting. The person must verify revenue independently (not rely on sales data), reconcile systems daily, and implement strong processes to eliminate errors and misuse.
§ Key Responsibilities
§ Revenue Verification & Control
§ Prepare daily verified revenue report (actual collections)
§ Cross-check with sales team reported revenue and identify discrepancies
§ Investigate mismatches (discount misuse, delayed entries, unreported collections)
§ Maintain center-wise, course-wise revenue tracking
§ Expectation: No blind dependency on sales data — finance must validate independently
§ Payment & Collection Reconciliation
§ Reconcile all payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank transfers, Payment gateways
§ Match receipts with bank statements and system entries
§ Track pending payments, partial payments, and dues
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
