Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage SEO projects, lead a team of SEO professionals, and drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, team management experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website performance, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare SEO reports and performance insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEO.
- Prior experience in team handling and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
