We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our insurance portfolio. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales through partner and relationship networks.
- Build own Team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass out, Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Agency, DST, Broking or Sales.
- Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
