Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and data entry
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets
- Operate office software (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
- Social Media Handling
- Assist other departments with system-related tasks
- Basic troubleshooting and coordination with IT support when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage files and records systematically
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator
- Basic knowledge of internet usage, email handling, and printing/scanning
