- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control Systems, PA Systems, EPABX & IP PBX, Nurse Call Systems, etc.
- Diagnose and rectify system faults and technical issues.
- Prepare detailed service reports for completed jobs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and service activities.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest ELV technologies and industry practices.
- Perform structured cabling, installation, termination, punching, rack installation, and rack dressing.
- Travel across the region as required to attend service calls, preventive maintenance activities, and project support requirements.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or a related field.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
- Experience in customer site support and field service activities is preferred.
