Job Description: Planning Engineer
Valmark is a midsize Real Estate Developer in Bangalore having more than two decades of experience and a proven track-record of excellence in Real Estate sector.
At Valmark, we believe that our employees are our greatest strength. We are looking for a Planning Engineer with BE Civil Engineering and with computer knowledge(Autocad, Primavera etc.).
With 5 to 8 year’s experience.
Age Range between 25 to 30 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning Department
Planning Engineer is responsible for the following activities:
a. To know planning & scheduling
b. Generate daily reports & reconciliation
c. To work with MSP & Auto cad
d. Preparing the milestone schedule and micro schedule for the project
e. Obtaining approval on the milestone and micro schedule for the project from Project Head.
f. Scheduling and tracking the progress of project in the project management tool on a weekly / monthly basis.
g. Highlighting the delay in the activities to the Project Head on time to devise control measures.
h. Preparing the critical issues (drawing, manpower, cost, material and consultant, HO coordination) report as per the discussion with Project Head and sending it to the concerned for necessary action.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
