Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations & Marketing Manager to lead our brand communication, marketing initiatives, and public relations activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the fresh food industry and possess expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, managing media relations, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Brand Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry associations, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media communications, corporate announcements, and crisis communication activities.
- Create brand awareness campaigns to strengthen market positioning.
- Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives across B2B and B2C channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce marketing collateral and digital content.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and communications team.
- Establish performance goals and ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and business development teams to support organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, industry bodies, and customers.
- Support business development activities through effective communication and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications.
- Mandatory experience in the Fresh Food Industry, Fresh Produce, FMCG Food, Food Retail, Agriculture Produce, or related sectors.
- Proven experience handling both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
