Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling cattle feed products, building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell cattle/animal feed (Pashu Aahar) to target customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Organize technical seminars and farmer meetings in assigned regions.
- Develop new markets by onboarding dealers, retailers, and dairy farmers.
- Network Expansion: Appoint, train, and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and sub-dealers across your assigned territory.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Field Execution: Conduct regular visits to dairy farms, villages, and retail outlets. Host farmer meetings to promote product benefits and nutritional value.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collections from dealers and distributors to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Market Mapping: Analyze regional competitors, monitor price trends, and identify untapped rural or semi-urban markets.
- Customer Support: Address farmer grievances regarding animal health, milk yield, and feed conversion ratios.
