- Welcome and assist hotel guests
- Handle check-in and check-out process
- Attend guest queries and provide support
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain guest records and basic front office tasksRequirements

- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive and customer-friendly attitude
