Hotel Opulence Kalinga, a premium hospitality venture of KA Group, is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to drive room occupancy, banquet sales, and corporate business development. Key Responsibilities
- Drive room revenue by acquiring new corporate, government, and travel agent business.
- Generate banquet bookings for weddings, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and social events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and institutions.
- Achieve monthly room occupancy and banquet revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, hotel presentations, and regular sales visits.
- Prepare sales plans, revenue forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Promote hotel services through digital marketing, social media campaigns, and local promotional activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and corporate agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel's customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel room sales and banquet sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales and the hospitality market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience with reputed business or premium hotels.
- Strong corporate network in Bhubaneswar and across Odisha.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business development.
