Job Description
Triple7 IT Digital is looking for an experienced Sales Head / Business Development Head to lead our sales and business development activities and drive the company's revenue growth.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, developing sales strategies, and leading the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development activities
- Develop sales strategies and revenue plans
- Generate new software development business opportunities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage leads, sales pipelines, and opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance
- Build and manage the sales team
- Explore domestic and international markets
- Develop partnerships and new business opportunities
- Research competitors and market opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the IT/software industry
- Strong knowledge of B2B and IT/Software Sales
- Experience in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies and business development
- Strong proposal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage sales targets and pipelines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-oriented and business-focused approach
