Hiring: Performance Marketer
Location: Kannur, Kerala
Experience: 3+ Years
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Run paid ads to increase sales, leads, and brand awareness
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Manage ad budgets and improve ROI
- Research audience behavior and market trends
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team
Skills Required
- Experience in Performance Marketing / Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and other paid ad platforms
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing and conversion strategies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to trends and performance
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
