Job Description – Graphic Designer

About the Role:
Bora Group is looking for a creative and politically aware Graphic Designer. The candidate will be responsible for designing impactful digital and print creatives for political campaigns, public outreach, social media communication, branding, and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, quick execution ability, and an understanding of political communication, public sentiment, and campaign trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative graphics for political campaigns, rallies, events, and public outreach programs.
- Create social media creatives, banners, posters, reels thumbnails, infographics, and advertisements.
- Develop campaign branding materials including pamphlets, hoardings, standees, and digital assets.
- Work closely with content writers, social media team, and campaign managers.
- Create designs in both Hindi and English as per campaign requirements.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Edit and enhance photos/videos for social media and promotional purposes.
- Deliver creatives within tight deadlines during active campaign periods.
- Stay updated with political trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create high-engagement social media creatives.
- Understanding of political branding and election campaign design.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Experience in political campaigns, media agencies, influencer marketing, or branding agencies will be preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
