CRE – Service (Customer Relationship Executive)
Job Description
The CRE – Service is responsible for handling customer interactions related to service operations. The role includes appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, service reminders, feedback collection, complaint handling, and maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication between customers and the service team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling ability and problem-solving attitude.
Basic sales knowledge or experience in customer-facing roles (preferred).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable using phone, email, and basic computer applications.
Plus Two / Any Degree (preferred).
Experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
