- Preparation & Marination: Prepare and marinate meats (chicken, lamb, fish) and vegetables using traditional spices and yogurt.
- Cooking Skills: Expertly bake breads (naan, roti, paratha) and roast kebabs, ensuring proper cooking, color, and smoky flavor.
- Quality Control: Ensure food presentation and taste meet restaurant standards and follow traditional recipes.
- Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to strict sanitation and food safety regulations, ensuring the station is tidy and safe.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, such as specialized meats and bread dough, and manage inventory.
