Job Summary
The Management Trainee – HR will undergo structured training across various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The role is designed to develop future HR professionals capable of supporting business growth across multiple restaurant locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and restaurant operations.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment records.
- Support recruitment drives and campus hiring activities.
Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare joining documentation and maintain employee files.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and shift-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Update employee master data accurately.
Payroll Support
- Coordinate attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Verify employee data related to salary processing.
- Assist in resolving payroll-related employee queries.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support recognition and reward initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
Compliance & Administration
- Assist in maintaining statutory employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support documentation related to labour law requirements.
- Coordinate issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and employee assets.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training schedules.
- Maintain training attendance and feedback records.
- Assist in learning and development initiatives.
Exit Management
- Coordinate resignation documentation.
- Support full and final settlement documentation.
- Assist in exit interviews and No Dues Clearance process.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with strong work ethics.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance systems.
- Exposure to recruitment portals and HRMS.
- Interest in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
