Performance Strategy & Execution
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display & OTA platforms
● Drive direct bookings, inquiries, event leads, and brand visibility
● Build full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retargeting)
Industry-Specific Performance Marketing
● Work on hospitality-focused campaigns including seasonal offers, festive campaigns, long weekends, weddings, corporate offsites, and experiential stays
● Understand travel intent, booking behavior, and price sensitivity in the service industry
Data, Tracking & Optimization
● Own campaign performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate
● Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and dashboards
● A/B test creatives, copies, landing pages, audiences, and offers
Creative & Cross-Team Collaboration
● Work closely with creative, social media, content, and design teams to build high-performing ad creatives
● Provide data-backed inputs for reels, carousels, videos, and static ads
● Align campaigns with on-ground offers, experiences, and property USPs
Budget & Reporting
● Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets efficiently
● Prepare detailed performance reports with clear insights and next steps
● Continuously optimize spend for maximum ROI
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
