Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ZOHO Accounts / ZOHO Finance Expert / ZOHO Payable with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities using ZOHO applications. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with statutory compliance, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting using ZOHO Books / ZOHO Finance / ZOHO Payable
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and monthly/quarterly statements
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions and compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory ZOHO Experience is required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
- Strong hands-on experience with ZOHO Books / ZOHO Finance / ZOHO Payable
- Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience working in a CA firm or corporate finance team
- Exposure to audits and financial compliance
