Job Responsibilities
Quality Control & Laboratory
- Perform finished oil/product testing and quality analysis.
- Conduct quality inspection of products and materials.
- Carry out revalidation testing as required.
- Inspect packing materials according to defined quality standards.
- Perform tanker product quality inspections.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze non-conformances.
- Support customer complaint investigation and CAPA activities.
- Prepare and maintain COA, labels, inspection records, and other quality documentation.
- Perform laboratory testing and maintain accurate test records.
- Ensure laboratory 5S and good housekeeping practices.
Quality Management & Documentation
- Support ISO and QMS-related activities.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Assist in inspection procedures and quality reporting.
- Handle Tally ERP and MS Office-based documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for quality-related issues and corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis.
- Good understanding of Quality Control procedures.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with COA preparation and inspection procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be an added advantage:
- Oil / lubricant manufacturing
- Chemical manufacturing
- Industrial laboratory testing
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance
- ISO / QMS
