Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across defence, government tenders, private sector, and electronics industries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Support the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring full alignment with client specifications and tender requirements.
2. Sales Execution
- Effectively present the companys technical capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures in complex and high-value sales environments.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding the client base.
3. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies.
- Create high-impact marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored to industry segments.
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences, and technical forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
4. Competitive Positioning
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to benchmark the company against domestic and international competitors.
- Promote the organizations Make in India advantage and indigenisation capabilities to key stakeholders.
- Provide insights and feedback to product management and R&D teams to support product enhancements and innovation.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product development, product application teams, and leadership to develop compelling and technically sound proposals.
- Coordinate with the headquarters team to arrange online demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
- Ensure marketing and proposal messaging aligns with the organizations long-term strategic objectives.
- Assist in refining tender documentation and compliance requirements for successful submissions.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly translated into project execution plans and delivered according to agreed technical and quality standards.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth payment cycles and adherence to contractual terms.
