Karunya Hrudayalaya Cardiac Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated CCU Staff Nurse In-Charge to lead our Coronary Care Unit (CCU). The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise in critical cardiac care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to supervise and support the nursing team while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CCU.
- Lead and guide CCU nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Monitor critically ill cardiac patients and ensure timely clinical interventions.
- Coordinate with consultants, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital experience, with at least 2 years in CCU/ICU/Cardiac Critical Care.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
