Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities within our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
- Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Investigate customer complaints, quality issues, and implement CAPA.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage and guide the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Conduct vendor quality assessments and ensure supplier compliance.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, audits, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in team management and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
