Fly Hi Maritime Travels Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and contribute to the overall technological advancement of the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. System Administration:
* Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
* Ensure data security and implement measures to protect against unauthorized access.
2. Network Management:
* Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
* Implement and optimize network security protocols.
* Collaborate with other departments to assess and address their network-related needs.
3. Software Development and Maintenance:
* Collaborate with the development team to design and implement software solutions.
* Conduct regular software updates and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
* Provide technical support for in-house software applications.
4. Vendor Management:
* Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
* Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements in service delivery.
5. IT Strategy and Planning:
* Work closely with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative technologies

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
