Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary:
Glendale Academy is seeking a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to create a stimulating, child-centered learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive, play-based learning activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Support the holistic development of children through creative teaching methodologies.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain relevant records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Promote positive behavior, independence, and social skills.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with NTT/Montessori/Early Childhood Education certification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
Preferred: Experience in international schools and familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
