General Summary:
The Tele-research Associate is responsible for gathering, verifying, and updating business information within all calling campaigns. Information verification and updates include. Business name, address, phone number(s), employee size, key personnel, e-mail address, website, line of
business, plus additional company demographics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact companies across the country via phone to verify and gather business information by utilizing scripted guidelines.
- Enter updates or corrections to business information in order to ensure an accurate database.
- Maintain 99 percent accuracy rate on updates and corrections to meet company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
- 2 to 5 yrs of work experience in Voice. Preferable voice exp. In finance.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
- Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
