- Maintain good relationships with elders so that Emoha can maximize the value of those relationships
- Identify key contacts at potential elders to establish and foster relationships
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with elders to explain services to guide their choices
- Understand the problems and challenges of elders and identify ways the service could better address those needs
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing elders
- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
- Resolve any elder complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain complete and detailed documentation and records of all elders Help in the growth of the organization in the specific practice field. Interacting with elders and NOK via mails/calls/ messages. Working on new ideas to promote healthy living. To act as relationship manager for an elder and arrange required services as per the product requirement
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
