About the Role
Excelsis is seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead Market Intelligence and Business Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will support leadership and sales teams through data-driven insights, competitor intelligence, and business forecasting to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
This role requires strong exposure to business analysis, market analytics, BI tools, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using BI tools and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain automated BI dashboards and MIS reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation of analytics processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis to address business queries from leadership and cross-functional teams.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct SWOT analysis, customer segmentation, and industry trend analysis.
- Perform competitor benchmarking including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track market share, product performance, and channel effectiveness.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Sales & Strategy Support
- Provide insights for sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Analyze historical trends and future projections from credible sources.
- Support pricing strategies through competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
- Prepare a list of current and potential customers for each territory and define key accounts.
- Maintain updated database of decision-makers across segments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical insights.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market dynamics and ensure sales action plans are aligned with business objectives.
