- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Admin, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
