The Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards in the cinema café and concession area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, beverages, and other menu items.
- Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
- Replenish food, beverages, and packaging materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, café area, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in opening and closing café operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and POS billing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome.)
