Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our Study Abroad Admissions team.
In this role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their study abroad goals, provide initial counselling, and schedule qualified students for detailed counselling with our Senior Admission Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with student leads through calls.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, preferred country, and budget.
- Provide initial guidance on study abroad opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling sessions with Senior Counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Admissions, or Study Abroad Counselling.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Strong counselling and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with phone-based counselling and follow-ups.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of study abroad admissions or overseas education is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
