We’re hiring Area Sales Managers – Education Programs (Books@Campus / Skills@Campus)

At Skills@Campus, we partner with international schools to deliver Resources and Textbooks, as well as structured programs in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship.
We’re looking for people who understand how school decisions work, can build trust with principals and academic teams, and are comfortable owning the full sales journey of both programs.
What this role involves:
- Connecting with international and progressive schools and setting up meetings
- Presenting our programs/services to Principals, Coordinators, and Management
- Handling objections and positioning the program clearly
- Driving closures and managing the full sales cycle
- Working with internal teams for demos and onboarding
- Building long-term school relationships
Who we’re looking for:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in sales (education/B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and confidence in face-to-face meetings
- Ability to understand school needs and position accordingly
- Someone who takes ownership of targets and follows through
- Comfortable creating opportunities, not just working on leads
- Willing to travel across Telangana, Andhra, and Karnataka whenever required
Relevant experience:
- EdTech / school sales
- Publishing / academic resources
- Training / workshop sales in schools
- Any B2B role with long decision cycles
Note: Must own at least a 2-wheeler to meet customers across various locations for day-to-day operations.
Salary: No Bar for right condidate
